We are full-time Airstreamers and passing through the Grand Rapids area heading north. Spoke with Cieara to arrange an online order for pick-up on our arrival to grand Rapids. Noray confirmed the day before that our parts would be there. We show up one day early and our parts are in hand. great to get that kind of responsiveness and commitment from a dealership. we have seen Airstream dealers across the country - and never seen a Parts Department so well stocked and with people so helpful in recommending solutions. If the Parts Department is any indication of thee culture of Woodland Airstream - you allhave a great business model!

If anyone is looking for an Airstream to buy, Woodland is the place for you! We purchased a new 2019 25 Flying Cloud from them in November of 2019. Last fall when Covid ravaged our country, we decided to do a 6,000 mile trip with friends who had been living in isolation just like us since last March.Upon packing the Airstream, we discovered that our refrigerator was not working. Of course, this was on a weekend when everything was closed. I was able to get in touch with John Gustafson who immediately had someone from his service department try help us troubleshoot the problem. We were already set to meet 2 other Michigan couples in their Airstream and RV in Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio and then on through Pennsylvania and New York. Due to timing, we decided NOT to wait for the part to be shipped. Without Johns help we would have been unable to get to the Jackson Airstream facility for a much-needed fix for our refrigerator. Due to the dedication of Woodlands commitment to superior customer service, we only lost 1 day of our 3-week trip. Again, Woodland gets another BRAVO ZULU from the Clouds in Florida!!!!!

We had told ourselves that if we were to RV it again, we would go with an Airstream even though they are presently very hard to find. The pandemic and a need to travel safely added a level of urgency to our search. We found our 2020 Caravel 16rb on the web at 1:00 a.m. in early August. The website posting indicated that It was pre-owned but hardly used. We left a message to have Woodland contact us regarding the unit. Early the next morning, Steve K. called, and we began a relatively brief, but insightful discussion. As we live in Ohio (with a summer home in Michigan), we FaceTimed an examination of the unit. We then did something we thought we would never do and that was to purchase the unit long distance. Our decision was made easier as Steve was a joy to work with in our virtual walk through, subsequent negotiations, and in responding to many, many questions. We arranged a late September pick-up preceded by an on-site orientation and sleep over in our new camper. Brett, who does the orientation, was incredibly informative, very helpful, and very patient with us (we hadn't owned a camper for nearly 40 years). We bought the Caravel as a pandemic vehicle to get us out to California safely so that we could see our daughter and her family including 2 grandsons one of which we had never held. The trip out and back was easy as the Caravel trailered perfectly and was a joy to use. Woodland Airstream came through in every aspect of our preparation for and execution of the trip. We now look forward to many years of camping the Airstream way.

WOODLAND AIRSTREAM IS THE BEST PLACE IN AMERICA IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN AN AIRSTREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!A SUMMARY OF OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS BELOW if you are interested and have the time for a detailed read. We rented a 16 from them (having no intention of buying one at this time) and did the Lake Superior Circle Tour with another couple in their travel van. Upon returning the 16 unit, we walked out of there that day purchasing a brand-new 25 Flying Cloud. The couple with whom we did the Lake Superior trip were so impressed with our rented Airstream and our glowing report of the team at Woodland that they recently drove down there to see what Woodland had and THEY ALSO WALKED OUT WITH A BRAND-NEW 19 CARAVEL!!!!!!!!!!Both of these purchases happened because of Eriks and Johns dedication to their customers not just during the sale but, even more importantly, AFTER the sale. We are now on our first trip since going South and they have been lightning quick to answer our newbie questions while we are on the road. My husband and I were asked by another couple to join them on their adventure doing the Lake Superior Circle Tour last summer. I have always been intrigued with the Airstreams since they reminded me of a very aerodynamic plane fuselage. So, I suggested to my husband that we find an Airstream to rent. We summer in Boyne City, Michigan, which is a 3-hour drive North of Woodland Airstream where I found a unit to rent. His response: I am not driving 3 hours South to pick up an Airstream and then have to drive 3 hours North just to get back to where we started!!!! I will find a trailer to rent up in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. My reply: If it isnt an Airstream I am not going!!Well, I won the argument. We drove down to Grand Rapids (the only place who rents Airstreams in our area) and picked up the 16 ft. trailer they had for rent. We drove the 6-hour trip just to begin our trip and made it all the way to the Sault in Ontario, Canada that first night after a rather late departure from Woodland. My husband is 61 so I was a little worried about the size of the Airstream. As a matter of fact, that first night we had dinner, he said he though 3 extra feet would make a huge difference if we were ever to purchase an Airstream! Well, we did the entire magical trip around our largest of the Great Lakes in our little 16 Airstream and put about 2,000 miles on it by the time we returned it to Woodland.Upon our returning the Airstream to Woodland, we looked at a brand new 19 Caravel that had come in that morning. We had been texting Erik about what features we really liked if we ever did purchase an Airstream. Erik mentioned that everything I liked was in a 25 Flying Cloud on their showroom floor. I told him I didnt want one that long; but, I said I would look at it.O.K, when I stepped into the 25 Flying Cloud, it was like being reeled in hook, line and sinker! We were not even in the market to purchase one at this time; but, we drank the WOODLAND KOOL-AID after talking with Erik and John. With the almost walk around bed and the large kitchen, living area, who could not like that!Much to my surprise after I said I would like the Flying Cloud if we ever bought one, my husband then said: SOLD!!! We drove out of there a few days later with that Flying Cloud heading South for the winter! We are now on our first trip. We have had all the newbie questions answered by the best team in America. We cannot say enough good words about their quick response to our questions and their graciousness in doing so! BRAVO ZULU to Erik and John especially....but also to Brett, the girls in the office as well as the service staff. There is no better place in American than Woodland Airstream!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Woodland Airstream...without EVER stepping foot inside of the place. We live in the Chicagoland area. Our local Airstream dealership had a limited supply of pre-owned trailers and was not dealing on anything they did have. During a 3rd party listings search a trailer at Woodland popped up. I submitted a lead and Erik at Woodland was quick to get back to me. A few weeks/ months later we ended up with a 22' sport in our driveway. Full disclosure, I have never before spent tens of thousands of dollars on something I saw over the internet! Erik was awesome and made us feel at ease with the concept and the unit. He texted us photos and even did a two video walk throughs and pointed out every ding or imperfection. The negotiation process was fair and easy. Due to winter storms our trip north to grab the trailer kept getting delayed. Erik worked with us to get the trailer delivered to Chicago. Brett did the delivery and walked me through every part of the trailer. He even hooked up my anti-sway hitch.

I've said a lot here, but I really cant say enough about this team and the experience!

I highly recommend Woodland Airstream! I purchased my Airstream here, and everyone I worked with has been so nice and helpful. They are so patient with my questions and are all genuinely nice people. John does a great job as the GM, Erik and Steve were also great, Gage towed it to Texas for me and set it up and did great, and Erich the service manager has been super helpful with all my questions since moving into it. Nori the parts manager was also helpful. You wont regret purchasing or repairing your Airstream here!

I purchased a used 2018 airstream trailer from Woodland Rv and I couldn't be happier with the experience and my purchase. The whole crew was very professional but also personable and relaxed. I called on a Tuesday about the trailer they had listed and drove the 2 hours to Grand Rapids on Wednesday. I felt they gave me a great price. Erik was great and answered all my questions with absolutely no pressure. He requested a little more time to get the trailer ready for pick up but when I told him I had limited time and needed to take delivery right away he had a no problem attitude and went to work right away. He offered to have us stay overnight in the trailer at the dealership. So the family and I went to Grand Haven for the day and returned to the trailer being all set up. All the paperwork was done and things progressed smoothly. Erik wanted to make sure we could try everything out first and the next day he could do a walk thru. They fixed a couple of things and included 2 brand new batteries and a new 30 amp power cord. The hitch we came with was not the right height for proper towing so they gave us a $275 hitch L bracket at no charge!! I didn't even ask or expect this. Great bunch of guys who want nothing more than for each customer to be thrilled with their Airstream and experience!! Again special thanks to Erik, John and Steve. You guys rock!!

Had a great experience with everyone at Woodland. Recently rented their Sport 16rb for four nights and can highly recommend them. All the guys made sure we were comfortable with how everything on the trailer worked (this was our first time out) and that we were safe to travel down the highway. The trailer was super clean and came with full propane tanks. FYI: They do not rent tow vehicles and it does not come stocked with anything i.e. linens/kitchen items so make sure you know what you need before you rent. They are super nice and helpful and will answer any questions you have. We are looking forward to our next adventure in a few weeks; this time we are renting their International Serenity 25fb. I need to thank the entire staff at Woodland Travel Center! From Steve K who worked diligently to bring our sale to fruition to Erik who helped arrange the financing/appt for pickup to those who prepared the Tommy for delivery and those that spent 4hrs on our walkthrough to make sure we knew everything about our new Airstream before we embarked on our long trip back to Florida. The entire experience was fabulous. Everyone involved felt more like family than a dealership. We were very pleased with our experience! I ordered a compression latch for an Airstream. It didn't come with keys, but no worries, I'm a locksmith. I cut keys by code and none worked. It seems the latch without keys has the same problem my customer has, it doesn't work. I spoke with the parts dept the next day and explained the situation. They pulled another latch off the shelf, made sure it had keys and worked, and sent it to me priority mail. I was pretty impressed with their customer service and will recommend you to all my locksmith friends that need parts

This testimonial is a little delayed from when we took possession of our new to us Airstream, however we wanted to make it through one season to have not only the buying and light-restoration experience to write about, but also how the Airstream performed after taking possession. My wife and I were searching for a used Airstream that fit within our budget. We found one listed on Woodland's website that had potential, so we decided to make the 3.5 hour drive from the Chicago area to Grand Rapids to see the 1973 Tradewind Land Yacht. Craig and team made us feel at ease, and walked us through what could be repaired and updated within our budget, and were great throughout the light-restoration process. Craig tolerated my many calls for updates on progress with patience and professionalism. We are very pleased with the result. After taking possession of the Tradewind in the spring of 2017, we were able to take six trips with no issues. The Tradewind is very comfortable and all systems work well. I highly recommend the Woodland team for any restoration work.

Many companies expend a lot of words about "exceeding customer expectations", but what they really mean is we will try to exceed expectations as long as it is not inconvenient or cost any money. Chad, Craig, and your staff truly exceeded my wife's and my expectations throughout the purchase and delivery process. There were a few glitches in the process and you surprised me by promptly and without my even mentioning them went out of your way to resolve them as quickly as possible. Amazing experience from our initial shopping to easily fitting us into a beautiful lightly used 2012 Flying Cloud FB Twin. Kayla made the buying and financing a breeze and made us feel like family every step of the way. Craig was excellent with paving the way for all repairs (many were simply thrown into the deal) making our 2012 look and feel like new. Brent was fantastic with all repairs, updates, and prep of the AS. His patience while giving us the run through was great. Many of his tips are some we hadn't heard anywhere else then or since. It's obvious he has actual experience not only restoring these amazing trailers but camping in them as well. This is THE place to buy your Airstream new or used without question.

Woodland Travel is a rare gem and a throw back when customer service and craftsmanship were a requirement to be successful . In 1966 we bought our first trailer from Woodland, a popup and loved it. Woodland was new and so were we to the camping experience. We soon realized that it would be nice to have bunkhouse trailer for the kids and a lot more creature comforts for us.Based on our experience and the fact that we only lived three miles from the dealership we purchased the new trailer from Woodland. In a blink of the eye, the kids grew up, and once again our needs changed and we changed to a bigger trailer with even more creature comforts.Things change, and my employment took us to the other side of the state, and there are lots of dealerships close to us but we continue to come back to Woodland, where you are treated like family.This past June we purchased our thirteenth unit, and we always tell them If you would have sold us the right unit the first time, we wouldnt have to trade.
